Angela Darga Angie assists patients and therapists with insurance issues, scheduling and treatment at Team Rehab. |
Tony Gray DPT Tony is clinic director at Woodhaven. Tony graduated from Wayne State University in 2007 with a Doctorate degree in physical therapy. Since graduating and joining Team Rehab, Tony has had considerable experience treating patients with orthopedic, neuromuscular, gait, and balance issues. He also has experience with in-patient rehabilitation and works as a contingent physical therapist at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital. |

| Tracey Horne Tracey graduated from Henry Ford Community College in 1998. She has 12 years of experience; most of those years spend in outpatient orthopedic clinics. She has worked with people with many different conditions but has quite a bit of experience with the geriatric population. Tracey joined Team Rehab full-time in 2010. |
