Karen Sadowski MS, PT, ATC, OMPT
Karen is clinic director at Team Rehabilitation Farmington Hills. She was an adjunct assistant professor at Madonna University where she covered university athletics for 14 years. She specializes in treating back pain and athletic injuries.
Doug Creighton DPT, OCS, FAOMPT
Dr. Creighton is an Associate Professor at Oakland University in the Physical Therapy Program and teaches various orthopedic related courses in the entry level program and the OMPT Post-Professional Certificate Program. He specializes in the treatment of orthopedic spinal conditions, Extremity joint arthritis and degenerative changes, and Sports injury and rehabilitation.
Kaitlin Poshke DPT
Kaitlin graduated from Grand Valley State University with a doctorate degree in physical therapy. She enjoys working with patients with orthopedic conditions using manual and exercise interventions, focusing on the Kaltenborn and Evjenth approach. Kaitlin brings her high energy and enthusiasm to Team Rehab along with an interest in sports physical therapy.
Michelle Kanitz DPT, ATC, OMPT
Michelle Kanitz PT, DPT
Michelle graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Her experience includes treating patients with neuromuscular disorders such as Parkinson's disease and stroke. She specializes in gait and balance deficits, and enjoys working with geriatric patients. She also practices orthopedic manual therapy and aquatic therapy.
